Gobi(Cauliflower) Manchurian is a lip smacking Desi Chinese food . It’s a very famous Indian street food as well. Hit among all vegetarian lovers.It’s a great recipe for appetizers in any party.

Prep Time – 15 mins
Cooking time – 12-15 mins
Serves- 2-3 persons

Ingredients Used :

Cauliflower(Gobi) – 300-350 gms
Red Chili powder – 1 tsp
All purpose Flour(Maida) – 2 tbsp
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
Turmeric (haldi) powder – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
White Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Spring Onions chopped – Handful
Coriander leaves chopped – Handful
Green Chilli – 2 chopped
Capsicum(bell pepper) chopped – 1 small
Onion chopped – 1 medium
Garlic Chopped – 7-8 cloves
Tomato Ketchup – 1tsp
Red Chili Sauce – 1tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce – 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce – 1 tsp
Cooking Oil – 8-10 tbsp
Salt – As per taste
